Livy The Hero

I love love when I get a second  in my day to cuddle with this bug. She fell asleep next to me , and so of course I drifted off for a minute with her and enjoyed it.  I had a dream I was drowning in a strong ocean and at the scary point when I realized I couldn't take a breath and I was going to drown. Just then livy shook me awake and I gasped. She said "mommy what's wrong.?"...So I told her, "sorry I dreamed I was drowning in the ocean" . she said, "then what happened?" ....and I said 'well then u woke me up luckily!"

She looked so puffed up and proud and exclaimed, " so I saved your life?!?!?!" Hahaha she threw her arms around me and hugged me as if she really had:)

I'm so glad I took this snuggle moment today .. LOL

Livy, "mom? U don't have to worry about anything, when I get married I'm going to live right by you!"

Mommy," oh good I hope you remember that promise! "

Home to heaven

Noah asked tonight if we could go to heaven tonight, so I said not yet buddy. Then on the way home he kept asking and asking please please...and having a tantrum at my answers. When we got off the exit he celebrated and screamed "we are home to heaven mommy thank you !!we are here! It's heaven!" It took that long for me to figure out he was saying Henefer hahaha he doesn't know how right he is!!sure  Love this town:)

Noah the composer

Noah loves to rock and chant, sometimes it is sort of singing....it's just how he centers himself but the chanting gets pretty funny sometimes. 

Today was pretty funny...he was sort of chanting to the beat of his rocking,  and sort of using the sunshine song tune but it really was more of a chant.

"You are my poo poo, my only poo poo.....you make me boogers, when skies are wacko.....you'll never know dear, how much I poo poo... please don't take  my boogers away.."

I don't think he even thinks about what he chants he just goes into his rocking trance and we've lost him. Love this little guy.

The little girl I carried??

Haha I know she's only nearly 5....but I just can't believe it's time for playdates. Time for friends coming over and going to play at "so and so's" ......how did this happen?? So next time I blink she will be married and gone or on a mission or at college??? There is something terribly unfair about this parenting business.

On the other hand, it melts me to watch her be so ecstatic about playing with her new friends. She is such a social butterfly I love it. And at least for now, she is happy to let noah be part of her group of friends. I hope it stays that way they are such great friends at home it will break my heart if that changes.

Uggg....kindergarten this fall....I'm gearing up to be brave:(

Sweet livy

Livy is always saying overly dramatic and flowery things. She keeps us laughing and smiling always. Today she about melted me to a puddle though.

I told her tomorrow was marens birthday. She got super excited and then very thoughtful. Finally she said, " I know! We can buy her two balls! One for each dog, and when the sun comes out, she can go outside and play with her dogs!"

I smiled and said, " oh livy how did you get so sweet and thoughtful?"

She said. ...." Well,  because heavenly Father and Jesus made me, and they are in my heart, and they know I love them. So...that's how;)"

Oh my heavens I love this precious little spirit.

Livy the hairdresser

I forgot to post this one a while back. I can't remember exactly what I said to her but it went something like this. I for sure remember her answer!;)

Livy is playing with my hair and shows me a mirror.....I said something typical..."oh livy you do such a good job how do you always make my hair look so beautiful!?"

Livy ," oh I just put a little spit in there!"

Any gaurdian angels hanging around surely got a kick out of the look on my face!
